Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Wideview Entertainment customer portal at wideview.support and the related applications (web and mobile). By signing in, you accept these terms.
1. User account
Your account is provisioned following engagement with Wideview Entertainment. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] in case of unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
The portal is provided for managing your services with Wideview Entertainment (support tickets, proposals, invoices, contracts). The following are prohibited:
- Unauthorized access or attempts to bypass security mechanisms.
- Automated scraping, brute-force, or denial-of-service.
- Uploading malicious software or unlawful content.
- Use of the portal to harass third parties.
3. Services and payments
Services (consulting, development, maintenance, hosting, etc.) are charged under separate agreement or proposal. Payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer. Payment delays exceeding 30 days may result in suspension of access.
4. Intellectual property
All portal content (code, design, logos) belongs to Wideview Entertainment. The data you upload (tickets, files, messages) remains yours. You grant us a license to use it only as needed to provide the service.
5. Service availability
We target 99.5% annual uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for outages caused by scheduled maintenance, external services (Hetzner, Mailgun, Stripe), or force majeure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, business opportunities).
7. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. Financial documents and compliance records are retained for the period required by law (see Privacy Policy §4).
8. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. For material changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
9. Mobile application & End User License Agreement (EULA)
The Wideview Support iOS/Android app is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to active clients only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC bear no responsibility for the application. Security assessment, user support, and intellectual property claims rest exclusively with Wideview Entertainment. Use of the app is also subject to App Store / Google Play terms.
10. Intellectual property complaints (DMCA / 2001/29/EC)
We respect third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the portal infringes your rights, send a written notice to [email protected] with: (a) identification of the protected work, (b) identification of the infringing material with URL, (c) your contact details, (d) good-faith statement, (e) statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, (f) signature.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wideview Entertainment, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims arising from: (a) your breach of these terms, (b) unauthorized use of the portal through your account, (c) your violation of law or third-party rights through use of the portal.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, third-party cyberattacks, outages of provider services (Hetzner, Mailgun, Stripe, Cloudflare, Apple, Google).
13. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any term is held invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate service agreement, constitute the entire agreement.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign to a successor or as part of corporate restructuring.
Notices: Formal notices to us must be sent to [email protected] and our registered office. From us to you, at the email on your account.
